Four things an employer abroad will ask you for
Complete them in order. Each one builds on the last, and together they form the file we send to a recruiting centre on your behalf.
A government-approved Panchakarma course
An eight to twelve month course from an institution recognised by the state or by AYUSH. This is the certificate that makes your training verifiable outside India — an in-house centre certificate will not clear a visa file.
Three years of therapy-room experience
Documented work at an established Panchakarma or Ayurveda centre, with treatment logs and a supervisor who can be contacted. Experience gained at Vrindavan Ayurveda Chikitsalayam is verified directly by us.
A diploma beyond your base course
A vocational or regular diploma in Panchakarma or Ayurveda therapy. It is what separates two candidates with identical experience, and it is often the line an immigration officer looks for.
Basic language of the country you are going to
A1 or A2 German, Russian or Arabic, depending on the destination. Guests describe their symptoms in their own language; centres hire the therapist who can answer. This is the step most candidates skip, and the most common reason an application stalls.

Questions candidates ask first
Do I need to be a BAMS doctor?
No. This programme is for therapists. BAMS physicians looking at teaching or consultancy roles abroad follow a different route — write to us and we will point you to it.
How long does the whole thing take?
It depends entirely on how many of the four steps you have already completed. A candidate who only needs the language course can be ready in about six months. Someone starting from the base course should plan for two years.
Which language should I learn?
Choose the country first, then the language. German opens Germany, Austria and parts of Switzerland, which is the largest market for Ayurveda therapists in Europe. Arabic helps in the Gulf, though many centres there work in English.
Can I study while I keep working?
Yes. Language classes and most diploma batches run in the evenings and on weekends, and the supervised practice hours can be logged at the centre where you already work if it meets our verification standard.
Does VAC Global arrange the visa?
The employer sponsors the visa; we prepare the file and guide you through the documentation. Nobody can promise a visa, and you should be careful of anyone who does.
What does it cost?
Applying and the initial assessment are free. Course, diploma and language fees vary by what you still need, and are given to you in writing before you commit to anything.
